I had a really positive experience and can genuinely say he was one of the best landlords I’ve ever had. He was always friendly, approachable and very quick to respond whenever we had any questions or queries. Any minor issues were dealt with promptly, and overall we had no problems at all throughout the tenancy.

The house was comfortable and a really pleasant place to live, with a great location as well. We also had no issues with neighbours or the surrounding area. Everything was straightforward from start to finish, and I’d definitely be very happy to rent from him again.

Quite easily the best accommodation agency I’ve used. All issues are immediately sorted. Communicating with them is always easy and Olly is almost always available, and goes out of his way out of office hours to respond to us quicker than most other agency’s would during their office hours. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to live in a clean well furnished house, with a landlord and agency that treats you with respect and dignity. And not like a cash cow. I stayed with Limetree for 2 years in 2 different properties and was extremely happy with the experience. The houses were nicely maintained and furnished and any issues were quickly resolved when brought up. I cant recommend them enough when considering properties to rent for students.

We rented from our landlord for a year and had a really positive experience. The property was well kept and clean ready for our arrival, and any repairs or issues were dealt with reasonably quickly, depending on what was needed.

What really stood out was how understanding and approachable they were. They treated us as individuals rather than simply seeing us as a household, which made the whole renting experience feel much more personal and comfortable.

They managed to strike a great balance between being professional and maintaining a warm, friendly relationship with their tenants. We felt listened to and respected throughout our tenancy.

We would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a landlord who genuinely cares about their tenants and takes pride in providing a well-maintained home.

Without a doubt the best place I have rented so far, designed with a huge amount of care and attention by the whole team. I had a fantastic experience renting from Lime Tree Students during my time at university. I lived in one of their properties for 2 years while studying, and I honestly couldn’t fault the experience.
Olly was a brilliant landlord throughout the whole tenancy — always friendly, approachable and helpful whenever we needed anything. Any issues were dealt with quickly, and communication was always great.
Moving out was just as smooth, and we were really pleased to receive our full deposit back, which was a lovely way to finish our tenancy.

The house was beautiful when we moved in, everthing in working conditions. Also things us student need but don't think off, the shoe bin, mirrors. There are lovely people to speak to and always was on it when the was issue. Quick to fix things.

I can't recommend Limetree students enough ! We loved our house so much as it felt like an home and had everything we could need. They worked quickly to sort out any issues we had, replacing our TV and washing machine as soon as they could when we had a problem. Our checkout process was also so smooth and we have had no issues at all.

They are lovely people and it was so nice to have a good landlord after previous bad experiences. I wish we were staying in Middlesbrough so we could continue to have them as our landlords !

Being a tenant with Limetree was a very smooth experience. The house was in great condition when we first moved in, and whenever there was something to fix, Olly and Nick were very quick and hands on to help out. Not only that but they were also very fair when it came to the deposit. All in all, the experience at 7 Moorhen Way was really good for our group and I recommend Limetree Students highly to others!

I've stayed with Limetree students for my 3rd year of university, and my only regret is not staying for all three years! Very easily my favourite house. Lovely property that feels homely, with little luxury touches (heated towel rails!) Olly and Nick are friendly, professional and helpful. Repairs were done very quickly, even minor ones. Repairs and viewing were always communicated well. I would give 10 stars if i could!

The house we had was absolutely incredible! it was freshly refurbed for us moving in and was such an amazing place to live during university. the landlord olly, was also so amazing and was always available if we needed help at any point. i would definitely recommend limetree :)

Great accommodation and great caring people. Has always been there for the tenants when we need help within a day or two and never leaves it to the last minute, does occasional visit to make sure the house is functioning well and checking in if we're doing okay. Provides small necessities every now and then without being asked, also gives Christmas chocolate boxes!

Accomodation has everything you need for practical use, a clean place worth looking after with fully functioning appliances. A good as I called it and would have stayed longer than 2 years if I given the option.

I had been a tenant of Limetree for three consecutive years, two of which were as a student and one as a working professional. I’m genuinely saddened to have moved on. Both Olly and Nick are fantastic landlords. They’re incredibly friendly, supportive, and flexible. If there was any issue with the house, the maintenance was incredibly quick.

The properties themselves set a high standard for property standards. Everything is immaculate, down to the last detail. The properties are well-kept and redecorated to maintain this high standard. The properties come furnished, with everything you need, making it really feel like home. Bedrooms are very spacious, equipped with storage, a nice sized bed and a desk which came in handy for myself having a computer I use on a daily basis. Common rooms like the kitchen and living room had very high quality furniture and appliances. Rent for both working and students is very affordable.

The application process and deposit handling are incredibly efficient and straightforward, making it a hassle-free experience.

They have a wide range of properties to suit you and your friend groups needs.

I genuinely don’t think I’ll ever find another landlord like Limetree. Having three years experience with them, I would highly recommend Limetree to any students in the Middlesbrough area, especially if you’re looking to house share with friends. It’s the perfect landlord to go with and definitely the best landlord to go with if you have never rented before, they make the process so much easier for you.

Absolutely incredible student landlord. After having landlords that were impossible to get a hold of, responded months later and just frankly didn't care this was a dream. Olly is so lovely, any issues with property were sorted promptly, the property itself is well decorated for a student property which I appreciated. Payment and deposit were simple. The property was wonderful furnished and the bills were included. Any small issues Olly got fixed right away and was such a kind and considerate landlord. I was with Limetree for 2 years in the same house and the house and the housing officer were amazing. The house was in top condition when we moved in and all appliances we needed were provided. Our housing Officer Olly was exceptional and went out of his way to help us with anything we needed and was always friendly and approachable. Highly recommend this student company as being taken care of by a housing company as great as this one massively helped with the transition to uni.

Going into our 2nd year in a home belonging to Limetree and I will be sad to leave next year. We have had such a lovely time living here and the landlords have always made the place feel like home and assisted us with anything we needed. 100% recommend!

Had a really good time, the houses are lovely with a really great landlord would recommend to anyone that needs student accommodation.

House was spacious, price was great, and the landlord was fantastic. We had problems with appliances once or twice over the year, and every time it was either fixed or replaced within a few days. 0 complaints.

This last year my housemates and I have had a really great experience with our limetree rented house. The house itself was well furnished both in the communal living areas and bedrooms. The house had been freshly painted and cleaned before we moved in, and was a pleasure to live in.
When needed Limetree were easy to contact and very quick to sort out any issues, compared to previous estate agents it was such a refreshing experience. I can really recommend Limetree :)

Update of my previous review. Finished up my undergraduate here. So I lived there for 2 years. Absolutely stellar. Big rooms, amazing kitchen, fast wifi. Olly the landlord was great, super helpful whenever we had a problem he got it sorted as soon as he could. Also the shower there was amazing, was very sad when I had to move out about leaving it behind XD

High quality accommodation! Spacious bedrooms, really nice and big common areas with good quality furniture! It was a pleasure to call this house my home for 2 years. The landlord is very friendly and will help with any problems or queries you might have about the place not to mention sending a professional to help out quite quickly if anything needs fixing. Even better, it’s very affordable and all bills are included in the rent. I can’t say you’ll get such high quality accommodation at such a reasonable price anywhere else. It’s a lovely house to call home while away at uni.

After having negative experiences with student landlords in the past, limetree changed our perspective, as prior to moving in they took the time to put in extra efforts to make the place more homely which were much appreciated. We had no problems with deposit refunds and limetree were really fair in the amount we got back. Also whenever we had any issues they made sure someone came out as soon as possible. These landlords were really understanding if we were struggling with money ourselves or any problems we had. This company has been really understanding, patient and caring for our needs which as a house we appreciated and it made us feel so comfortable! Nick and olly are also so easy to get along with! Not only was the place spotless and the kitchen well stocked with appliances but the landlord was great! (which is honestly hard to find)

Rooms are super spacious and the beds come with their own mattress covers so you don't have to worry about anything but a good night's sleep!

Rented through Limetree student living in Middlesbrough for the 2020/21 academic year. In a hard year for everyone, we had a great time living in our house. From the start we had a great experience, as we all lived in Newcastle, they made the effort to give us a FaceTime tour of the property, before we went down to view it in person. Then whenever we had a problem, or a query, Olly went above and beyond to help us sort it out, no matter what time or day it was! Honestly couldn’t recommend Limetree enough!

My time with Limetree has been overly exceptional, Our landlord would respond to messages no later than 5 minutes after I sent them and get problems sorted the same day, any time there was an issue, even going above and beyond to adding wifi boosters when the signal got a little rough.
